The item came to me very fast... and I was impressed, but the sizing is very wrong I where a 32 B and I would catagorize myself as small... I chose to get the 34 because a friend of mine that is much bigger than me got this garment and said she went a size bigger and it was better. The loops weren't exposed enuf to hook... it fit so snug that it buckeled in the middle! and I had to get help jsut to take it back off and I only had 3 hooked! I was extremely dissapointed because I had bought the cotton & rubber waist cincher and it was so nice, and I wore it for running and it helping me last longer and burn more calories by enducing sweat! But I've had it for so long that it is dirty (can't wash in that well) and I wanted something to help get those last few inches.. I think I'll stick to what I had and just get a new one.... I would say if you are going to get this iten go for 2 sizes larger... but at least they do returns and I still love squeem garments...
